Return Guidelines are as follows:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the date the products were received.
- Some customized products from our existing product line are eligible for return, and subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Fully customized products are not eligible for returns.
- Customers must return merchandise in original condition and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- We will issue a credit upon receiving and inspecting merchandise.
- We will not issue a credit for merchandise returned in damaged condition or without its original packaging.
